Signed Waiver Required
Market St Playpark is a public community facility where visitors play at their own risk. An adult age 18 or older must sign a waiver for themself and the minors in their care in advance or upon arrival. Parents/ guardians are responsible for supervising their own children during open play.
Play It Safe
Children's safety is of the highest importance to us. Our indoor flooring is smooth and wearing socks with anti-slip grip is highly recommended. Running, climbing, wrestling, and horseplay are not permitted indoors. Our staff will redirect any behaviors that we observe to be unsafe or likely to damage Playpark equipment. All visitors are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Market St Playpark Code of Conduct
1) Be kind.
2) Use walking feet indoors.
3) Try to support the enjoyment of your child and the other children present.
4) When finished, put away the toys you used and clean up any spills.
5) Throwing is only permitted outside.
6) Place mouthed toys in a red container for our staff to sanitize.
7) Eating is only permitted while sitting in Sunnyside Café or outdoors.

Our user’s privacy is of the highest importance to us. All information shared to complete purchases, bookings, memberships, and payments is protected by industry leading data security provided by WIX and Procare, applying the highest levels of PCI compliance. Market St Playpark will not sell or share your personal or financial data without prior clear, written communication.

Market St Playpark is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your visit, for any reason, please inform our staff immediately and we will take action to try to make things right.
We invite visitors to check out our onsite mini-store, Brain Boosters. All purchases are final, unless an item is defective, in which case we will be happy to issue a full refund.
