At Market St Playpark, we offer a supportive environment for everyone in our community of caregivers. Parents, grandparents, godparents, foster parents, family members, nannies, and everyone in a child’s village is welcome.

 

The Playpark provides an inspiring place where we can come together to connect with other families and nurture children’s learning through the joy of play!

 

Creating environments for children to learn through play is our passion. We've designed the Playpark to provide joyful, brain-boosting activities for young children and nurture community relationships.

 

Founded by early childhood enthusiasts, Dana Pinnix and Donna Danzy, Market St Playpark was inspired by our 20+ years of experience operating high-quality preschools. The Playpark's environment is heavily influenced by our first-hand experience and child development research. 

 

Open-ended, screen-free playtime is what American children need. Having frequent opportunities to move around and play with a variety of materials has a powerful impact on optimal brain development.

 

The materials and activities at Market St Playpark were specifically chosen to spark imagination, creativity, curiosity, knowledge, and concept development. In some areas, there are displays with talking points and sample questions for learning enrichment. The Playpark is also committed to offering a more calm  experience for both children and parents, setting us apart from the overwhelming crowds of larger venues.

 

We truly love our Triad community. Seeing the Playpark connect parents, strengthen friendships, and support school readiness is super fulfilling!
